Finally back on her mooring; in great nick, with 2 days to spare before my training week with Julian from the Anglian Sea School.  Robertson’s have done a great job tidying Drumler up: her brightwork and hull are gleaming, the cabin is clean and freshly-painted, and generally looking good.

Here I am having my first inspection of Drumler on her mooring.

You may just notice behind me that I’ve invested in an excellent electric outboard for my tender – a Torqeedo – which makes getting to an from the mooring so much easier.  Apart from being a heck of a lot quieter, it starts easily, and is more than powerful enough to cope with the strong tide on the Deben.
